Information TechnologyIn order to better serve our clients, the firm maintains state of the art computer systems and high speed T-1 connectivity between offices. The highest levels of security, back up and virus detection systems are used to protect the confidentiality and integrity of all data. We have IT personnel on site and on call to answer questions and provide solutions using the best of today's evolving technology.
Access and Delivery OptionsEach attorney, paralegal, law clerk and support staff member have a computer workstation linked to the firm's file servers and high speed Internet access. While Microsoft Office 2003 with Word 2003 comprise the firm's primary office suite, data and document conversion from other programs including WordPerfect are available. In addition to traditional mail services provided by the U.S. Post Office, documents and data can be received and delivered via Internet E mail, Fax, CD ROM and overnight couriers.
Split Billing and E Billing AvailableOur timekeeping and billing program, ProLaw (TM), allow the Firm to split bills between multiple clients on either a proportionate share or time on risk basis. It also accommodates standard and customized ABA task code based billing guidelines. Electronic delivery options are available, including the e billing processing systems, and payment of e bills can be accomplished through electronic funds transfers.
