from Firm Management
Since the inception of the firm, we have based our practice on just a few simple principles: (1) Maximize direct and meaningful communication with our clients, including prompt return of all phone calls or e mails, (2) Thoroughly analyze the pros and cons of every facet of each matter handled to let the client know the risks and benefits necessary for informed decision making, and (3) Charge a fair price for the work done, including controlling outside costs.
This philosophy has led to gratifying client loyalty. In fact, several
clients asked us to expand our practice to other locations, including three
other states. We complied and asked selected firm attorneys to take bar
examinations in Nevada, Arizona and Colorado. The Nevada office was opened in 1998,
the Arizona office opened in 2001, and the Colorado office was opened in 2005. These initial efforts were
supplemented by the selection and training of resident attorneys in each
location. Our partnering approach with clients and hard work has led to
firm growth from five lawyers in a single location in 1996, to approximately
fifty lawyers in five different offices today.
Our success to date is based on hard work and keeping our clients happy. We understand this and welcome the opportunity to prove it.
